Chapter 51:15
The Old Testament verses from 110 state that the Israelites outnumbered the Egyptians See: A: The first part.
The New Testament verses from 110 are states that Jesus has not found so great faith no not in Israel See: B: The second part.
The Noble Quran Verses from 15 states that Allah swears by 1 the blowing winds that carry the pollens 2 the heavy clouds which carry rain 3 the ships that run on the sea and 4 the Angels who distribute provisions that the promise of resurrection is Trustworthy see: C: The third part I and II.

The Noble Quran:
Chapter 51 in the Noble Quran is composed of 60 verses.
Verses from 15 are talking about Allah swears by 1 the blowing winds that carry the pollens 2 the heavy clouds which carry rain 3 the ships that run on the sea and 4 the Angels who distribute provisions that the promise of resurrection is Trustworthy
The meanings of the verses 50:15
In verse 51:1 Allah swears by those that winnow with a winnowing; by the blowing winds and that which they carry e.g. the pollens; the fine powder like material consisting of pollen grains that is produced by the anthers of seed plants..
In other words Allah swears by the dispersers the winds that scatter dust and other things; it blows it sweeping away lighter particles e.g. chaff dust dirt etc.
In verse 51:2 Allah swears by the winds that move direct deviate the heavy clouds which carry rain.
In verse 51:3 Allah swears by those that run by the ships which easily sail on the sea; the ships that run upon the surface of the water with ease
In verse 51:4 Allah swears by the angels Gabriel Michael Esraphiel and the angel of death the angels who distribute provisions and the rains and other things across the lands and to all servants

The meanings of the verses 50:5
Assuredly the promise given to them of resurrection and other matters is true is indeed a true promise
The Verses 51:15 in different English translations:
Verse 50:1
QARIB: by the scatterers the wind scattering
SHAKIR: i swear by the wind that scatters far and wide
PICKTHAL: by those that winnow with a winnowing
YUSUFALI: by the winds that scatter broadcast;
Verse 50:2
QARIB: then the bearers of weight the clouds
SHAKIR: then those clouds bearing the load of minute things in space
PICKTHAL: and those that bear the burden of the rain
YUSUFALI: and those that lift and bear away heavy weights;
Verse 50:3
QARIB: then the easy runners the ships;
SHAKIR: then those ships that glide easily
PICKTHAL: and those that glide with ease upon the sea
YUSUFALI: and those that flow with ease and gentleness;
Verse 50:4
QARIB: then by the distributors angels ordered;
SHAKIR: then those angels who distribute blessings by our command;
PICKTHAL: and those who distribute blessings by command
YUSUFALI: and those that distribute and apportion by command;
Verse 50:5
QARIB: indeed that which you are promised is true
SHAKIR: what you are threatened with is most surely true
PICKTHAL: lo! that wherewith ye are threatened is indeed true
YUSUFALI: verily that which ye are promised is true;
